Description
The Premier™ XS Series is the Cadillac of pickleball posts, providing first-class looks and durability for both indoor and outdoor court applications. These pickleball posts meet official USAPA Tournament Regulations.
The Douglas® XS series posts were designed in the early 2000s and are comprised of all the features of the classic premier posts plus additional durability, weather protection, and style options.
These pickleball net posts are an excellent choice for any pickleball facility including elite pickleball clubs and pickleball tournaments. With extra weather protection and heavy-gauge steel, these posts have proven to last!

DIMENSIONS
The pickleball net posts measure 54” in length. Once the net posts are placed into the pre-installed ground sleeve the post sits 36” above the tennis court surface.
POST
These 2-7/8” O.D. round pickleball posts are constructed from heavy-duty 8-gauge steel and feature Allied’s® superior Flo-coat® galvanization process. Posts are finished with a black or green baked-on polyester powder coat to resist rust and increase durability. The post features integrated welded steel lacing rods for securing the net to the post. With Douglas pickleball court net posts, a base collar is placed at 36”, which acts as a stop to ensure the net post is installed at the correct height when it’s inserted into the ground sleeve.
HARDWARE
The Douglas® Premier™ XS pickleball post series are all internally wound featuring a jam-free cable tensioning hardware system. The plated-steel self-locking gear mechanism prevents recoiling during winding. The internal gear function is a 30:1 ratio, ensuring smooth and easy operation. The gear housings and tennis post caps are made of die-cast zinc. The posts flush mounted gear plate cover and removable handle have a chrome finish. Stainless steel or plated steel are also available.
If at some point the hardware needs to be replaced, it can easily be removed from the net post and a new gear assembly can be inserted into the post.
