2. Eligibility

By placing an order or submitting a quote request, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements

3. Products & Availability

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and availability.

However:

  • Product availability may change without notice

  • Certain items may be fulfilled by U.S.-based manufacturing and distribution partners

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time

4. Pricing

Standard Products

All listed prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccuracies at any time.

Quote-Based Products

Some products require custom quotes due to size, configuration, freight requirements, or project-specific needs.

For these products:

  • Pricing is not displayed online

  • A formal quote must be requested

  • Quotes are not binding until accepted and payment is confirmed

Game Court Supplies reserves the right to revise or withdraw quotes prior to payment confirmation.

5. Orders & Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and approved financing options such as Klarna and Affirm where available.

For certain custom or large orders, alternative payment methods including bank transfer may be required.

Orders are not considered final until payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Certain oversized products may ship via LTL freight and require scheduled delivery.

Game Court Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers

  • Weather

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect customer shipping information

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Return eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom, made-to-order, and quote-based products are non-refundable once production or fulfillment has begun.

Order cancellations must be requested before shipment or production begins. Approved cancellations may be subject to processing fees.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Certain products may carry manufacturer warranties.

Unless otherwise stated, Game Court Supplies does not provide independent product warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

All products are provided "as is" except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Game Court Supplies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APEX COURTS ARIZONA LLC, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of products or violation of these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Game Court Supplies and may not be used without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
