For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, U.S. Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), Canada, and international destinations, we provide a custom freight quote before order placement. See Section 1.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia ("Lower 48 + DC").

For destinations outside this region — Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa), U.S. Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), Canada, and all international destinations — a custom freight quote is required before your order can be processed.

To request a quote, email info@gamecourtsupplies.com with the product link, quantity, and your full delivery address. We respond within 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout for every product available for direct online checkout to the Lower 48 + DC. The rate is based on item weight and destination — you see the final shipping amount before you pay.

For destinations outside the Lower 48 + DC, shipping is quoted separately based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the product type. The exact category and lead time for the item you're buying is shown directly on the product page beneath the title.

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by freight carriers, weather, holiday backlogs, or manufacturer production schedules are outside our control. We notify customers of known delays as soon as we are informed.

4. Order Processing

Standard processing time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Processing means we verify inventory, capture payment, and forward your order to the warehouse or manufacturer — it does not include transit.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • Custom and made-to-order products include production time in the lead-time estimate above.
  • For LTL freight orders, our team contacts you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment before the shipment dispatches.

5. LTL Freight — What to Expect

For any product whose page shows "Requires LTL Freight":

  • Curbside delivery to the front of your driveway or sidewalk. The driver does not bring the freight inside or assist with unloading.
  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone aged 18+ must be on-site to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Inspect the freight before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier's bill of lading (BOL). Once signed clean, damage claims become significantly harder to process.
  • For limited-access addresses (gated communities, narrow roads, no loading dock), contact us before ordering so we can confirm carrier accessibility and any accessorial fees.
  • Liftgate service is not included in standard freight rates. If you need a liftgate, contact us before ordering.

6. Items That Require a Quote

Select products are not available for direct online checkout — pricing varies by specification, quantity, accessories, or installation requirements. Click the "Request a Quote" button on any such product page; we respond within 1–2 business days with full pricing, availability, lead time, and shipping details.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Document on delivery. For LTL freight, note any damage on the carrier's bill of lading (BOL) before signing. Refusing delivery for severe damage is your right.
  2. Photograph everything. Take clear photos of the packaging, the damage, and the BOL.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gamecourtsupplies.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description.

We work directly with the manufacturer and freight carrier to repair, replace, or refund the affected items at no additional cost to you.

For lost shipments (no delivery confirmation 7+ business days after the expected arrival window), contact us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

8. Customer-Responsible Fees

Customers are responsible for the following only when caused by inaccurate delivery information or refused shipments:

  • Re-delivery fees if the carrier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect address, missed appointment, or restricted access
  • Return freight and a 15% restocking fee for non-defective items refused at delivery or returned by request
  • Address-change fees charged by the carrier after the shipment has left the warehouse
  • Liftgate, inside delivery, or other accessorial services requested after the order is placed

9. Returns & Refunds

For returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility, please see our Refund Policy. Return shipping is paid by the customer for non-defective returns.
