Quality Materials

Padding panels are custom fabricated with 3” thick polyurethane high-impact foam and ¾” marine grade plywood. The mildew resistant foam and exterior grade plywood is encased in durable 18 oz. vinyl that is UV resistant and made for all climates and weather conditions. Choose from standard colors dark green, black, royal blue, navy, red, maroon, purple, gray, and yellow. Additional colors are available by request.

Installation

The Z-clip mounting attachment method allows for easy installation and removal of wall padding panels for storage. Z-clip plywood backed baseball padding is installed on concrete, brick or wood walls. To install, the 2.5” wide aluminum z-clip channel is anchor bolted to the top and bottom along the length of the plywood backing and to the exterior wall. To install; a 2.5” wide aluminum z-clip channel is preinstalled to the back of the pad, with an identical channel provided to be secured to your wall. 2-3 rows of z clip channels are most common, but more may be required depending on your finished pad height.

Finished Size

Custom padding panels are fabricated to your specified dimensions to meet your needs. The maximum panel size is 4’ high by 8’ in length. Douglas customization options are endless – and pads can be tailored to fit any space.
