POSTS This solid system is made in the USA and is constructed of 3-1/2″ square steel with a 3/16″ wall thickness. Poles are 12′ in length, allowing 42″ direct burial into concrete footings or for ground sleeve installation. These ultra-strong posts have a lifetime guarantee from bending. All steel components are finished with a black, baked-on polyester powder coat finish. This strong finish adds resistance to chipping and the ultimate weather protection against the elements.

HARDWARE The net collars are adjustable, allowing for easy height adjustment between 7’4″ and 8′ official play. The rugged net tensioning reel case and gears are constructed of heavy-duty steel. This simple reel assembly is easy to use and has smooth operation. The handle has a comfortable contoured grip and is removable to prevent unwanted tampering.

VOLLEYBALL NET The VB-1200 Competition net meets the USVBA standards, measuring 36″ in height and 32′ length. Black netting is 3.0 mm in standard 4″ square. The perimeter bands are constructed from 2.5″ wide 20 oz white vinyl. Nets are braced with fiberglass dowels. The top cable is 41′ in length and is vinyl-coated steel with a 3600 lb. break strength. The headband Cable ends are double-pressed for strength. The bottom band has a 38′ steel cable with a 2400-lb. break strength.

GROUND SLEEVES & INSTALLATION The system can be installed 42″ direct burial or with steel ground sleeves for semi-permanent installation.

The 42″ steel ground sleeves can be installed for either sand or grass play and are recommended to allow for easy removal and reinstallation of the system, making it ideal for seasonal or temporary setups.
